1. Getting Your Stuff:
Where We Ship: – We send stuff all over Pakistan.
Paying for Stuff: – You can pay when you get your package (Cash on Delivery).
When We Send Stuff: – Orders made by 5:00 PM (Pakistan Time) will go out on the same day. – Orders after 5:00 pm will head your way the next day.
Getting Your Stuff: – It usually takes 2 to 5 working days to get your stuff. No deliveries on Sundays.
Not Our Fault: – If your package is late or something goes wrong during delivery, it’s not our fault. Blame the delivery folks.
1. Video Recording Before Opening Shipment:
- Before opening your shipment, we kindly request you to record a short video. This video serves as a pre-inspection to document the condition of the package upon receipt.
- Ensure the video includes a clear view of the sealed package from different angles. This will help us address any concerns regarding the condition of the shipment.
- The video can be recorded using your smartphone or any recording device. Please keep it brief but comprehensive.
- Once recorded, kindly send the video to email address info@royalcaninpetfood.pk for our records.
2. Returning and Getting Your Money Back:
When You Can Return Stuff: – Your stuff should be in the box it came in. – Don’t open or use the food bag. – Keep all the tags and cool extras. Record a video before open the shipment, and send us for record the shipment have in good condition.
When We Take Stuff Back: – We only take stuff back if we sent the wrong things or if something is missing.
Getting Your Money Back: – We won’t give your delivery charges back. If we see that you messed up the stuff or changed it, no money back for you. Refund requests will only be processed if the mandatory video recording is provided.
How to Get Money Back: – If your stuff is weird or broken, at email us at info@royalcaninpetfood.pk in the first 12 hours. Send it back to us, but you have to pay for the return delivery.
3. Changing Your Mind About Orders:
Tell Us First: – If you change your mind about your order, tell us within 8 hours.
Paying Even If You Change Your Mind: – If you don’t tell us in time, we’ll charge you 80% of what you ordered.
